誰可申請居住？

申請人必須是華人天主教會高齡之家的會員，領取政府恩恤金者（根據本省公共房屋處的規例而定），沒有擁有房屋產業。

入住獻金
申請入住高齡之家者，一經批准必須繳付獻金，該款項繳交後概不予退回。

1. 一個房單位﹕
   單人一萬元$10,000或夫婦$15,000
2. 兩個房單位﹕
   無論單人或夫婦均一律$15,000

租金
均按照本省政府房屋處的收租規例而定。

甄選程序

申請書遞交後，管理委員會屬下各小組定期評核資格，一旦核准將在最短時間內通知申請人。申請人可以以書面回复決定接受或放棄。

本會提供的服務

1. 住客甄選小組根據政府規例評核合資格之申請者，協助住客申請租金補助，安裝電話，租金經銀行自動轉賬。
2. 神修組
   每月第一個星期四上午十一時在禮堂舉行祈禱聚會、彌撒、傅油聖事。
3. 關懷組
   神父、修女及教友每週均探訪住客，提供各項援助，往商場購物，填寫表格，更有義工每週接送住客到西區中心參與主日彌撤或從各處接送長者到高齡之家參加各項活動。
4. 康樂組
   每月第三個星期四上午十一時舉行遊戲日、烹飪、手工藝。在特別節日舉辦相應活動。
5. 維修組
   從開始由我們的志願團隊管理，協助住客入住安排，檢查欠缺之設施，安排鏟草，消滅蟲蟻，提供各項支援等。從2022年開始，我們交由專業的物業管理公司嘗試負責。

Who can apply?

The applicant must be a member of the CCC Homes Ltd, a recipient of the Government Aged Pension (subject to the usual regulations of the Department of Housing in NSW), and does not own a property.

Contribution

A non-refundable contribution fee is payable to CCC Homes Ltd. upon approval of tenancy.

1. One-bedroom unit:

$10,000 for a single person or $15,000 for a couple

1. Two room units:

$15,000 for single or couple

Rent

The amount will be charged in accordance with the schedule supplied by the Department of Community Housing.

Selection process

After the application is received, the applicant selection board under the Management Committee will regularly meet and evaluate the applicants’ qualifications. Once approved, the applicant will be notified. Applicants can decide to accept or reject the offer in writing.

Services provided by CCC

1. Applicant Selection Board

To assesses qualified applicants according to government regulations. The management team assists residents to apply for rent subsidies, installs telephones, and sets up automatically bank transfers for rent.

2. Spiritual team

On the first Thursday of each month at 11:00 a.m., a prayer meeting, mass, and anointing of sick are held in the Community Hall.

3. Caring team

Religious sisters and volunteers visit the residents every week to provide various assistance, go shopping in the mall, fill out the forms, and even volunteers pick up the residents to attend in the Sunday Mass, or pick up the elderly from various places to participate in various activities.

4. Recreation group

Every third Thursday of the month at 11am there is a game day, cooking, and crafting. Special events and activities are organised for traditional festivals or memorials.

5. Maintenance group

Our volunteering team assists residents in check-in arrangements, addresses any issues in facilities, arranges weeding, pest control and other support, etc. From 2022, we have engaged an independent property management professional to take charge.
