  1. Fee
    is Non-refundable unless replacement can be arranged by Spiritual Formation
    team. 不設退款。
  2. All
    registrations are not transferable. 名額不得轉讓。
  3. Each
    individual/family must complete a registration form and lodge it with payment
    (cheque) at any CCC centre.
